Pakistan Team Is on Its Way

After many days of training, Pakistan's national tent pegging team has left for Muscat, Oman, to compete in the Group C World Cup Qualifying Tournament — the next step for the team on the way to the 5th ITPF Tent Pegging World Cup in Jordan.

Before leaving, the riders completed a training camp covering every ITPF event — lance, sword, rings, pendants, and team relay drills. The goal was to get horse and rider fully ready before facing the rest of Group C.

Messages of Support

As news of the team's departure spread, fans and supporters across the country sent messages of support, including this one shared widely on social media:

ہم پاکستان ہارس رائیڈنگ ٹیم کو عمان میں ہونے والے ورلڈ کپ کوالیفائر کے لیے دل کی گہرائیوں سے نیک خواہشات پیش کرتے ہیں۔ بیسٹ آف لک، ٹیم پاکستان! اللہ تعالیٰ آپ کو کامیابی عطا فرمائے اور پاکستان کا نام روشن کریں۔

A Team With a Strong Record

This is not a new team. Pakistan finished second at the 2023 Tent Pegging World Cup in South Africa, and won the Pakistan International Tent Pegging Championship 2025, finishing ahead of Egypt and Saudi Arabia on home soil. This record, along with a training camp built for this qualifier, gives the team a strong start heading into Muscat.

What's Next

In Oman, Pakistan will compete against the rest of Group C in every event — individual, pairs, team, and relay — with a place at the 2026 World Cup in Jordan on the line. Every event will matter.

The Nation's Prayers Are With Them

From training to departure, the message from home has stayed the same: give it everything, and make Pakistan proud. Neza will continue to follow Team Pakistan's journey through the Group C qualifier.

Best of luck, Team Pakistan. 🇵🇰
